Employee injuries can cost you a lot. Not only do you risk the health and wellbeing of your team, but workplace injuries reportedly cost employers over $100 billion annually. In most cases, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) could have significantly reduced the risk of injury. Surveys have even found that, in many cases of workplace injuries, PPE was available but went unused or was used improperly. As an employer, it’s your job to not only supply PPE for your employees, but ensure the training and compliance standards that make sure PPE is used correctly.
