Safety and the Supervisor program includes comments from experts in the field of safety. Emphasis is on the responsibility of the supervisor, counseling and accident investigation. As a supervisor, you are responsible for accident reports, safety training, making sure employees follow safety rules and wear personal protective equipment. Supervisors must know company policies and procedures and train employees. The supervisor is the only person having direct control over employees therefore; the supervisor is absolutely responsible and accountable for safety. Course Outline
