We have had increased reports of users not being able to launch their Interactive Training courses. We have identified the cause of the issue as the ongoing outage over at AWS seen here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status which is utilized by the service which powers our Interactive Training courses, SCORM Cloud.

SCORM Cloud has confirmed this is the source of the issue via their status page seen here: https://status.cloud.scorm.com/

We are monitoring this issue closely and will provide an update when the issue appears to be resolved.

New Features:

• Custom Record Types: Company Managers are now able to create their own record types. This will make the recordkeeping much more versatile and should be able to cover all reporting needs!
• Retrigger Group Auto-Enrollments: This feature will eliminate the need to do the workaround when adding new courses to groups. You should now be able to add courses to the groups and then press the new button located on the groups list to enrollment users who are already in the group to the newly added courses.

Both features will come along with their own Knowledge Base articles to discuss the feature in much more detail.

Fixes:

• Certificate Exports: A couple of adjustments has been made to certificate exports.
  • Certificate file name has been adjusted to the following format: Lastname_Firstname_CourseName_AtlanticTraining_CertificateID
  • Checkboxes are now working as inteneded. You should now be able to download only the rows you have selected.
  • Applied a fix for an error for downloading certificates in large batches. If it will still occur, the dev team can now handle it better.
  • Spanish characters are now properly rendered in certificates.

What's New in WAVE LMS

We have rolled out a new set of features and updates designed to give you more control and deeper insights into your data. These enhancements focus on making it  easier to find, filter, and analyze the information you need.

Dashboard Filters

You can now refine the data shown in your Analytic, Custom Course, and Interactive Dashboards. Use the new filters to set a specific date range or narrow results by top-level group and group filters, giving you a more focused view of your information.

Advanced Group Filters

The group filter has been significantly enhanced to give you more precision. You can now use Boolean operators such as UNION, INTERSECTION, EXCLUSION UNION, and EXCLUSION INTERSECTION to create highly specific lists of users. User Title Field

A new Title field has been added to user properties. This field can be used to store a user's job title or role, providing another way to filter and organize your data. This property is also added as a column when performing a mass upload of users.

New Records Tab for Users

When viewing a user's information, you'll now see a dedicated Records tab. This new tab lists all the records a user is associated with, providing a quick and easy way to see their relationships within the system.

Course Results (Grouped by User) & Total Time Spent

A new page, Course Results (Grouped by User), has been implemented to provide a comprehensive overview of a user's course activity. This screen gives you a quick look at key metrics like total and completed enrollments. Additionally, a new feature has been added to display the total time spent by a user on their courses, a highly requested feature that makes it easier to track and report on user engagement. This page also includes the necessary filters to get the exact data you're looking for.

We've launched Subgroups in WAVE LMS. This feature lets you create a hierarchy of groups, with Top-Level and Lower-Level Groups, mirroring your company's structure. This simplifies course assignments and lets managers oversee multiple teams efficiently, saving time and effort.
