Abuse—like bullying or harassment—causes psychological harm that can lead to depression, low morale, time away from work, decreased productivity, threats or physical violence, and other harm. Clearly, it is in everyone’s best interest to build a culture of respect and healthy boundaries to prevent abusive behaviors. In this training program you will learn how to prevent and properly handle these situations.
