Participants will learn their rights, such as the right to refuse unsafe work and the right to information, alongside their primary responsibilities. Key topics include recognizing and immediately reporting hazards and unsafe conditions, proper adherence to safe work practices and company procedures, the correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) , and essential actions to take during emergency procedures.
