This package includes:
Every mining operation follows an MSHA-approved training plan, customized to meet its unique requirements and operational standards. This 24-hour online course package can supplement a company’s MSHA-approved training plan, fulfilling part of the annual refresher requirement for 30 CFR 46.8, and providing miners and contractors with current safety training. While our courses are structured to support Part 46 annual refresher needs, the specific applicability may vary based on individual training plans. It is the responsibility of the mine site operator to ensure MSHA compliance and verify that all employees complete the training outlined in their approved plan.
