Harassment has no place in a professional workplace. Our Preventing Workplace Harassment for Managers and Supervisors training course provides the knowledge and tools leaders need to identify, prevent, and respond to inappropriate conduct before it becomes a legal or organizational crisis. Based on federal and state law—including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act—this course explains what constitutes harassment, how it affects individuals and teams, and what legal responsibilities managers hold when it occurs.
Participants will learn the difference between Hostile Environment and Quid Pro Quo harassment, explore real-world examples, and gain practical guidance for promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace culture. This training also covers the steps to properly handle complaints, avoid retaliation, and protect both employees and the organization from liability.
