Forklift Safety Tips

Forklifts are obviously a very large, heavy piece of industrial equipment, so naturally, they can pose a lot of safety hazards on not only the driver, but those working around it. That being said, it’s important that the use of forklifts is done in a safe manner, so that construction sites and warehouses can avoid accidents, injuries, or even deaths. Grisly, I know, but we’re just trying to keep everyone safe from these creaming metal death traps.

That might be a slight exaggeration, forklifts are extremely useful given that they can easily lift and lower heavy loads. But there’s a catch! There’s a science behind lifting and lowering those loads, and there are specific measures you must take in order to operate them safely and properly (go figure).
