Stress is not only an incredible burden to live with, but it also has dangerous implications both physically and mentally. Considering that most Americans report having stressful jobs, it becomes vital to manage and alleviate stress so we can stay maintain out physical and mental health.

2. Time is on your side- The lack of time to complete your daily tasks is a common reason why we get stressed at work. By planning your tasks at the start of the day, you will find that you are able to follow a schedule more effectively.
