Who We Are:

We are an online retailer and producer of B2B workplace training programs located in Newark, Delaware. We are on-the-move and evolving fast. We work in virtually every industry from healthcare, schools to manufacturing facilities across the globe. Our goal with this ad is to find a full-time, in-house, Assistant PHP Developer to help with our Safety Software, E-Commerce store, System Software and Learning Management System (LMS) with heavy customizations that will make the big guys question who you are.

• Office hours 830-5 M-F with some flexibility, No Weekends
• No deadlines or high-pressure projects
• No cubicles

Ideally, What you possess...

• an Entrepreneurial Fire and Excitement
• Ability to work on site here in Middletown, Delaware.
• Proficient in LAMP development.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS/*JS.*
• Experience with an MVC framework.

• Experience with an e-commerce platform is preferred but not required.
• Magento experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Git preferred but not required.
• Experience with WordPress preferred but not required
• Strong ability to manage yourself without direction.
• Some phone skills to handle support calls as needed. (weekly not daily)

What you Don’t possess..

• A love for corporate structures where you are an ID #
• Static and unwillingness to move the needle.

Daily Deeds:

• Working with our Sr Software Director to determine the best avenues to implement web technology into an old industry.
• Establish a ’services first" mentality to a SAAS product based team
• E-Commerce: Assist the marketing team in implementing the best avenues to get the customer from "grain to glass" or from lead to customer.
• LMS: Raise the bar on how we can educate our customers electronically.
• Building robust highly scalable tracking systems and platforms
• Hitting the treadmill at your leisure.
• Enjoying your job and having Fun!

Compensation:

• Monday thru Friday 8:30-5, no weekends (!!!)
• Health Insurance Reimbursement
