Creating a safe environment where employees can report concerns without fear, shame or possible retaliation. You also need an awareness and warning signs that you can stop the problem from escalating. Sexual harassment can take a terrible emotional toll on its victims. What constitutes sexual harassment? First, there’s must be unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
