If you found a co-worker falling from the stairs and if he appears to be hurt ask them if he’s okay then ask for help, try to calm him down and call 911. Keep him warm until medical team arrives. Surveyed the scene, sent someone for help, reassurance and do a victim assessment. While waiting for EMS continue to monitor the victim.
