We are looking for an Outside Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position so wherever you’re located, no problem! In a nutshell, you’ll be researching specific industries and companies and helping them solve their safety training needs.
The Role:
- You’ll be researching businesses by various industries to reach out regarding their safety training needs
- You won’t just be setting up meetings and sending templated emails but instead you’ll be personalizing the journey to purchase for every lead. You’ll send tailored content until the lead is almost ready to purchase.
- The number of sales opportunities you create will be unlimited. The more you’re able to qualify and pass on to an Account Executive (AE), the better!
- You’ll be using our CRM, Hubspot, to stay organized and communicate efficiently with the whole team.
- You’ll be working remotely but travel occasionally into the main office for any training (if applicable).
You Have:
- A driven and ambitious attitude
- The ability to understand when a lead is ready to purchase to bring to your AE to close.
- 1-2 years background sales experience (preferred)
You (Ideally) Have:
- The hunger to go the extra mile to stand out from other SDR’s
- Energetic communication skills
- Experience working with an Learning Management System (LMS)
- The ability to think on your feet and switch gears to meet the needs of the lead
