With 100’s of training topics in various languages, SafetySoft™ houses and provides the best training content available to various department managers in virtually any industry as well as all of the EHS tools needs to manage a team. .

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for developing post-sale relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Daily Objectives...

  • Own the overall customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for your book of post-sale business.

  • Conduct business reviews and regularly review customer account metrics to identify opportunities to deepen the adoption of our platform and/or content.

  • Hold product demonstrations and how-tos for onboarding processes via phone, email or screen share.

  • Keep customers informed of key product features, new releases,  and future developments.

  • Increase renewal rates and minimize customer churn.

  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell

  • Aid in product design and product development and act as the voice of the customer internally.

  • Handle and resolve customer requests/complaints with support.

  • Assist the sales team with the discovery of presale opportunities as needed.

Compensation, Benefits and Experience

  • Monday thru Friday 8:30-5, no weekends (!!!)
