Customer Support/Success Representative (Remote)

This is a hybrid Tech Support position with a variable compensation added for upselling and renewing existing clients you will be supporting.
- Have positive and upbeat conversations with customers directly to sort out customer support and tech issues
- Respond promptly to customers through phone, email and our customer support ticket system
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, comments & issues in the customer database
- Owning the overall customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for your book of post-sale business
- Conduct business reviews and regularly review customer account metrics to identify opportunities to deepen the adoption of our platform and/or content
- Hold product demonstrations and how-tos for onboarding processes via phone, vidyard, email or screen share
- Keep yourself up to do date and also keep you customers informed of key product features, new releases, and future developments
- Increase renewal rates and minimize customer churn

- Monday thru Friday 8:30-5, no weekends (!!!)
