Job Description:

With 100’s of training courses, SafetySoft™ houses and provides, the very best training content and EHS management tools for companies in virtually any industry.

This is a hybrid Tech Support position with a variable compensation added for upselling and renewing existing clients you will be supporting. 

Daily Deeds:
  • Have positive and upbeat conversations with customers directly to sort out customer support and tech issues
  • Respond promptly to customers through phone, email and our customer support ticket system
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, comments & issues in the customer database
  • Owning the overall customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for your book of post-sale business
  • Conduct business reviews and regularly review customer account metrics to identify opportunities to deepen the adoption of our platform and/or content
  • Hold product demonstrations and how-tos for onboarding processes via phone, vidyard, email or screen share
  • Keep yourself up to do date and also keep you customers informed of key product features, new releases,  and future developments
  • Increase renewal rates and minimize customer churn

More stuff:
  • Monday thru Friday 8:30-5, no weekends (!!!)
