In reality, safety training can be a sad story since these regulations more than likely came from an accident that lead to illness, injury or death. To get the message across, stories of loss can be quite effective with learners as they’re looking to avoid those circumstances. These stories are tough to watch, but can be incredibly valuable to teach about the seriousness of safety training and how unsafe behaviors can negatively affect you for the rest of your life.
