#1 Where’s the Worker?
Look closely at the top of the photo and you’ll see a worker on a scaffold higher than 10 feet who is working without fall protection. #2 Not a Good Time for a Swim
These employees are working over water without a floatation device. #3 The Ladder Won’t Help
Not sure what this worker is trying to do, but he’s definitely exposed to a fall of more than 6 feet and is not wearing fall protection. #4 Fall Risk Times Two
Same bridge, but now there’s a second worker who is exposed to a fall of more than 10 feet and who is not wearing fall protection. #5 Long Way Down
Maintaining older buildings is important. So is fall protection when working on scaffold that are higher than 10 feet.
