Jack Dayley is an Environmental, Health, and Safety subject matter expert,
consultant, and training content developer with decades of experience in heavy industry, construction,
and manufacturing. His safety career was built from the plant floor up, beginning with hands-on work in
magnesium and aluminum manufacturing before progressing into safety leadership and EHS management.
Following a 25-year career with Alcoa, Jack founded Dayley
Industrial Safety Consulting LLC, which he has operated for more than 20 years. His consulting work has
taken him to major industrial and construction projects in the United States, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, and
the United Kingdom, working with organizations including Alcoa, Arconic, and Howmet Aerospace. His
experience includes helping large projects transition from construction and commissioning into full
production.
Jack's background includes serving as an EHS Manager at multiple industrial and
construction sites. He has led ISO 45001 certification efforts, developed complete EHS management systems
and safety software, and created safety programs, procedures, training videos, and eLearning courses
covering a broad range of occupational safety and health topics.
As an EHS Subject Matter
Expert and content developer for Atlantic Training, Jack brings that field experience directly into the
development and review of safety training. His focus is straightforward: make training technically
accurate, practical, easy to understand, and relevant to the people who actually perform the work.
