Recognize ergonomic hazards in common industries
Apply safe practices to reduce musculoskeletal injuries
Workplace hazards vary across industries, but many share common ergonomic risks that can lead to musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries.
This course explores how these hazards appear in warehousing, healthcare, and industrial or factory environments. The course highlights how everyday job duties—like handling materials in warehouses, assisting patients in healthcare, or performing repetitive tasks in factories—can contribute to both acute and long-term injuries if not managed properly.
Participants will be better equipped to identify hazards, adjust work practices, and communicate concerns to prevent injuries and promote long-term well-being.
