Hazardous materials in the workplace such as chlorine, methane, acids and gases may endanger your life or health. Spills or leaks of these materials must be taken seriously. Hazardous materials at home may include pesticides, cleaners, gasoline and paint thinner. It is important to understand your responsibilities and knowing how to react in a safe manner.
