Injuries to your back might happen quickly, or the effects of poor work practices and workspace ergonomics might take their toll over time. This training teaches you to identify (and avoid) common hazards that contribute to back strain, how to better design and interact with your work environment (ergonomics), and how to catch early signs and symptoms of back injury.
Take this training to be purposeful in your compliance with OSHA’s General Duty Clause by defusing ergonomic hazards, avoiding back injuries (and the resulting injury reporting process), and keeping yourself and your coworkers or employees safe and productive.
