Your body is an amazing machine, so well designed you can usually get to do whatever you wanted to. At the center of this body is your spinal cord. Look at it like a telephone trunk line sending vital signals from your brain to every muscle in your body, but this cabling system is delicate it needs protection. Know the weight of what you want to move. Never try to lift more weight than you can handle. Avoid repetitive twisting and turning. Use proper lifting techniques.
