You should report in what you’ve seen and heard to the appropriate person. Report the following information; when did you first notice some of the indicators of a possible alcohol abuse problem? What specific indicators have you observed? How frequently are you seeing any or all of these indicators? Has the employee’s job performance changed? Have you heard of any other co-workers complaining about this employee?
