It&#8217;s a good idea not to overload yourself with tasks, as it&#8217;ll be hard to manage your time when you&#8217;ve spread yourself too thin.\u00a0Ultimately, this can lead\u00a0to increased feelings of stress which can take a toll on mental health.\u00a0Fortunately, a few tweaks in our routine can be very helpful in effectively managing time to complete more tasks.
