Confrontation is never fun or easy. But it’s often necessary in order to alleviate a conflict or potential conflict. Successful an productive confrontation may be a little uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to be unbearable, and in order to positive changes for yourself and others, it may be vital for your stress levels.<\/p>\n
