When will my order ship?
In almost all cases your order will ship within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, Monday through Friday. For expedited services please be sure to contact us to determine the product will be there when desired.

Company Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern. Sorry, no Saturday deliveries.

What is your Return Policy?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We have quite a few different ways in which you can pay for products through the site. For starters we accept Visa, Master Card, AmEx & Discover. You can process any of these cards in real time or you can call or fax the CC number.

We also accept purchase orders with approved credit. You can use Purchase orders at time of check out just as you would a credit card. When asked, select 'Purchase Order' as your payment choice. Our order entry team will review the order and may contact you to obtain credit references to establish an account. It's simple and quick and is the best way to get training on payment TERMS.

Do you offer these products in other languages such as Spanish?
Yes we DO! We are in the process of loading new products everyday. Just about every title we illustrate on the site is also available in spanish. Some products even go as far as being offered in French, Mandarin, German, Italian and many others. Please contact us if you are looking for a title in another language other than what is shown.

I see that your forklift training programs come with a certificate. Does this certify me as an operator ?
Most of our programs do indeed include a certificate which can be used to certify that an individual has passed a course.  However, this training only fulfills the classroom portion of OSHA's required training and classroom training alone does not certify the individual as a 'competent person' as required under OSHA standards. Some programs do include operator evaluation checklists and other materials to assist you with the hands-on training and evaluation portion of the training. How do these products ship?
By default we ship all products via UPS ground or Fed Ex ground. You have the option to change this if you choose to do so. (Fed Ex, Next Day Air and so on). Please get in touch with us for any expedited shipments to ensure the item is going to ship right away.

Is it true NO SALES TAX?
Here at Compliance and Safety you will find everything that you need... Except sales-tax. What you see is what you get here at AT. The price you see on the item is what you pay during checkout. Isn't buying products online much better without taxes taking a bite out of your budget? How: It's simple! Atlantic Training is located in Middletown, Delaware. In Delaware there is no sales tax. So buy more for less.

Can I use my own UPS account number?
Yes. If you have your own account number please go to the "View Cart" page. Under the Continue Checkout button should be an area where you can APPLY CODE. In the box please enter the code COLLECTSHIP and hit apply. Continue checkout and once you have reached the UPS screen it should be $0 by default. On the following screen there is an Order comment section. Please let us know your account number and if you wish to expedite shipping.
