Since our establishment in 2005, Atlantic Training (formerly known as Compliance and Safety) has quickly grown to one of the top suppliers of employee training solutions.

Our Guiding Principles
Selection is King
We believe that there's no such thing as 'one-size-fits-all' in the training industry. Finding the right video for your organization will be a huge factor in whether or not the video will be effective at reducing injuries and mistakes. The fact is, training needs to be specific and relevant for it to be useful. We carry over 10,000 videos from over 20 different safety producers (including our own proprietary videos) to ensure that we have the best fit for our customers.
Quality Support Matters
Few things are more frustrating than communicating with a poorly trained rep that just doesn't know safety. That's why we don't outsource our customer support and do all training at our office headquarters in Middletown, Delaware.
Time is the Only Commodity That we Can't get More of
All of our videos offer preview video clips without the requirement to register on our website or call us. We post all of our pricing directly on our website; you won't see any 'call for pricing' notices. Although indulging in these sorts of tactics may help companies generate more revenue, we believe they do so at the expense of the customers time & patience.
