There’s an age-old argument of whether leaders are born or made. It’s difficult to determine which is correct, as leaders certainly possess certain skills- but were they acquired skills, or were they born with them? When it comes to leadership in the workplace, we typically think of a “boss”. But there is a huge difference between a leader and a boss. Some bosses certainly are leaders, while others do not possess desirable leadership skills.
