Annually the seasonal Flu Virus can drastically bring work productivity for businesses to a halt causing employees to miss multiple days of work and employers to lose profits while spending more in healthcare costs. There is a solution to dramatically reduce the problem the Flu Virus creates; providing workplace Flu vaccinations. Many working adults do not get a Flu shot because they just don’t have the time. If vaccinations are provided within the place of employment, that problem becomes non-existent. Companies can use HR Training Videos and give it’s employees trained professional nurses to facilitate vaccinations to their workforce. This saves the employee money because they don’t have to take time off and pay for a private vaccination. The employer also benefits from having a healthier workforce with higher productivity.
Increasing the vaccination rate of employees who receive an annual Flu Vaccine is an effective way to protect companies as well as provide the employees with a simple, efficient and effective route to vaccination.
